Binom Architects

Our scheme for this grade II listed flat keeps the architectural language of the Barbican Estate but aims to adapt the spaces to a contemporary way of living. We propose a layout of flexible rooms that are better connected with each other while keeping the basis of the well structured existing plan.

Birch plywood, patinated steel, and reflective resin flooring will make the flat feel airy and spacious, bouncing in views and natural light.
