WAREHOUSE CONVERSION

The Client wanted to convert a disused grade II listed factory building into a single dwelling, including a large library area and gallery space to display a collection of antique Islamic fabrics. The challenge of the design is to keep the extraordinary quality of the top light interior space while adecuating part of the structure to the domestic scale required by the client. The scheme granted Planning Permission on December 2010.
